Yoga + Breath

            Completing my 200hr yoga teacher training with The Sacred Fig in Portugal, I teach a Vinyasa based practice intertwining Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. I’ve also begun my Katonah* yoga certification journey.

I believe in cultivating a yoga practice to maximise longevity, ease, radiance and joy. One of the most potent things we can do in our day is take a moment to tune in to the sound of our breath.
